Our production plants are completely equipped with the best cutting, bending and welding systems. We can carry out all the surface treatments starting from the gritblasting guaranteeing a perfect preparation of the surfaces for the final painting that can be both powder and liquid, till reaching the galvanizing and cataphoresis treatments.
The technologies used to develop the highest added value part of the projects elaborated by the Design Office, are the two 3D printers allowing the reproduction and the real verification, within our plant, of the designs that, after passing this phase, go for the application to the prototype department where the virtual project becomes physical. This process allows us and our Clients to verify the result of the finished prototype, with the total guarantee of functionality, allowing us to pass to the pre-series and series phases in full compliance with the design needs. This system allows a drastic reduction of the execution times, if compared with traditional methods.
The pre-series and series production is now entrusted to the production departments where highly specialised personnel guarantee us a performance of the highest quality level. All these activities are constantly monitored through quality control procedures during the complete production process. Our Team totally dedicated to the quality assurance and control operates in strict compliance with the rule UNI EN ISO 9001:2008.
Our metrology room is equipped with four 3D measuring arms with 6 axes allowing us to guarantee an absolute precision on all the products for which specific tolerances for their use in the robotized and automatic lines are needed.
